  Raw materials The materials we often use: Q195, Q215A, Q215B, Q235A, Q235B, ASTM A53.   Standard & Inspectio   Production standard we based on : GB/T 13793-2008; ASTM A53; BS1387-1985   We have our own Testing room to test the chemical composition and physics performance, our productions have passed    the test from CE, CQC,SGS,ROHS and so on .                                  The qualified steel wire should be supply to the customers only.       Production Flow Our factory has 13 ERW Pipe production lines, 4 Hot - dipped Galvanized Pipe production lines with total annual output of 600,000 tons.   The manufacturability can meet every customer's requirement.   The production process is followed:    Uncoiler - Flattening - Shear & Weld - Hope Cage - Second Stralghtening - Forming - High Frequency Welding - Cooling - Vortex Flow Inspection - Diameter Setting - Straightening - Dimension Cutting - Milling Ends & Water Pressure Test - Inspection Storting - Packaging - Storage       Packaging & Shipping International exporting package: packed in hexgon bundles or according to our customers' demand.    Shipping The pipes could be loaded by sea, by air , by train.  20FT container,  max weight is 25tons.  40FT container, max weight is 27tons.
