ERW Welded Square Hollow Steel Pipe
The nomenclature ERW refers to a specific type of welding process that involves both spot and seam welding. Seam welding is commonly used during the manufacturing of round, square and rectangular steel tubing. The Steel Strip is unwound from coils and side-trimmed to control width and condition the edges for welding. The strip then passes through a
series of contoured rollers which cold-form the material into a circular(square or rectangular) shape.
Our company focuses on the usage, development and research of square and rectangular tubes over the passed 20 years. We purchased three production lines at the cost of over 16 million for expansion of the new factory in 2012.
These production lines make full-sizes of square tubes and rectangular tubes: 20x20mm-600x600mm, 20x30mm-600x800mm, Thickness:1.5mm-35.0mm,over 2800 specifications.
